  • NOTE ON ISLA

The ISLA treatment globes are designed to slide into place so that they can roll when you gently apply pressure and roll the device across your skin. These treatment globes do not rotate on their own but sometimes the sonic vibrations can cause the globes to move and sometimes spin. If you notice one of the globes spinning when you power on your ISLA this does not mean it is broken.

Q&A

Are both globes suppose to spin?
Hello! Thank you for contacting Spa Sciences! The ISLA is a roller which globes are not intended to move/turn even though when moved around in the hand, the combined effects of centrifugal forces, stainless steel globes inertia and the mighty power of sonic waves can incidentally make one of the globes, or both to rotate temporarily! So this is normal 😊
How can I get a replacement charging cord? Love the product but I have a bad charger
Hello please send proof of purchase to customerservice@spasciences.com for further assistance.
How often can this be used? Daily, weekly, etc?
Hello the ISLA can be used as needed :) Morning, Day and Night. We use ours 2x a day!
