Bad Product, Bad Customer Service

"I bought the LELA 4-in-1 Ultrasonic Deep Cleaning Skin Spatula December 2024. I used it once at it worked well. Once the battery depleted, I recharged it per the manufacturers instructions, but the product started malfunctioning. The lights turned on, but the ultrasonic feature would not activate. I contacted customer support twice and received no response, even though I registered the product within the recommended timeframe. I do not recommend this product nor the company."
