"I love mine and I also take care of my beauty tools but I'm on my 3rd one! I was able to exchange the 2 before this one. However my box and receipt have mysteriously vanished. Hello, Is there any way to drain the water from the tank? I wasn't able to used up all the water that I put last time and now every time I use it, the mist smells bad. Is there also any way to clean the tank? What solution can I use?
Hello! Thank you for reaching out to Spa Sciences! On the back of the device, you will see a cap. Take this cap off and turn the device upside down to drain the water out. You can shake the device to have the water drain out faster. We also suggest sticking a toothpick in the hole while holding upside down to break the air lock. 😊 To clean – you can use soap & water on the device and tips, and pat dry. *Do NOT soak in alcohol. 😊
