"This is the 3rd time ive bought this item, it doesnt last long without becoming defective. I havent opened the new one yet. Bc microneedling can hurt. This will be the last time i buy this brand, maybe.... i have needles to use that i bought for this device so i plan on using them. Its 5 stars bc i do like it and i like the results. But for $40 and it only works once in 6 months, i guess i get what i paid for. So om happy enough. I was gonna return it. But eh. My last one works but only at one speed when i click on other speeds it doesnt change like it did whrn i first used it. It hurts when i use for my deep facial scars so it take time to gutsy up to do it again. So when i tried, it only stayed one speed."

"It does not hurt when i use this product. I dont really know the results of using it, i would need to use it for more time but the nano at least does not hurt me at all. Neither the one for the hair, i use also the microneedling, those tratments are long term so you need to really commit to do them cause it takes months to see actual results."
