I want to love it back, but it pinches me!

"I'm a chubbly lady with a few stretch marks on my thighs. The foil portion of the shaver head is great, I love it, but the trimmer portion is unavoidable and tends to grab the thinner tender skin on my tiger-stripes and pinches me all up before I even know it. Then I bleed and the stretchies are even more unsightly than usual. It's a particular complaint but I'd recommend a trimmer-less shaver head for tender/thin skin. The end result is I can only use it on my calves and knees."

how do you get the old head off?
Hello! The easiest way to take the metal shaver off, we suggest holding the unit downwards and press against the metal to pop off the shaver! You can use the brush that is included to clean off any excess hairs. And to put the shaver back on, you can just pop it back into place.
