Where do the filters go? They don’t seem to fit or stay in the large pore extraction head. What am I doing wrong?
Hello please email us at customerservice@spasciences.com for a video showing how to insert the filters. They go below the MIO head. Take the head off and take off the clear plastic tip, the filter goes in there. :)
